  • Spearhead ships exclusively within Ontario. Most orders will be processed within 7 days (Canadian holidays excluded).
  • We ship by CanPar and ICS and offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 before HST. Our product is handled with care, boxed, and shipped within 7 days.
  • Orders under $100 before HST are charged $10 for shipping.
  • If you live in the Kingston area, you are eligible to choose free local delivery. We are currently offering FREE delivery Monday to Friday within Kingston.
  • Rest assured that our team is handling our product with the utmost care and following rigorous health and safety procedures set in place for local and Ontario based delivery.
  • Kingston local delivery orders are filled within 30 hours of purchase and will be delivered Monday-Friday between 4-9PM. The cut off for daily orders is 3PM. Any orders placed after 3PM will be included in the next day’s delivery batch. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday between 4-9PM. Local deliveries are handled safely by our team (wearing protective gear) and brought direct to your doorstep. No contact necessary. For orders that are not fulfilled within that time window for whatever reason, they will be sent out with the following day’s batch.
  • For your protection, we do an address verification and will cross reference the billing address of your order and the billing address of your credit card. Typically this is your home address.


We strive to provide the highest quality products, through rigorous process and testing, but if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please see the below options for how we can help!

When customers visit our retail store or purchase online with concerns of product quality, packaging, taste, or other product issues employees may replace products returned by a customer with the same package size or price point. Alternatively, gift cards equal to the monetary value of the products returned may be provided to the customer if they are agreeable to this option.

Spearhead does not accept empty containers.

When customers who have purchased a merchandise item wish to exchange their product due to size, irregularity, or other concerns, employees may replace products returned by a customer with a merchandise item of same or lesser value. Full refunds for merchandise are available if the consumer can provide proof of purchase.
